Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Skly ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Skly is a marketplace where users can buy and sell AI skills and prompts in the form of markdown files. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but do not create or endorse the content sold.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers must connect a Stripe account to receive payments. A 20% platform fee is charged on all sales. Payouts are processed 7 days after a purchase to allow for dispute resolution.

5. Buyer Terms

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided. By purchasing a skill, you receive a license to use the content for personal or commercial purposes as described by the seller.

6. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload or sell content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, sellers grant Skly a license to display and distribute the content for the purposes of operating the marketplace.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
